This Halloween Puff Pastry Spider is a fun, spooky snack that’s easy to make with just a few basic ingredients. Shaped like a spider and filled with Nutella (or any filling you like), it's perfect for parties and loved by both kids and adults.

sheet
puff pastry
thawed
3
tablespoons
Nutella
or chocolate spread of choice
1
egg
for egg wash
Candy eyes
as needed
Instructions
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Unroll the puff pastry and cut out two circles: one large (for the body) and one small (for the head).
Slice the leftover pastry into 8 thin strips to use as spider legs.
Place the large circle on the baking sheet. Position the small circle above it so they slightly touch.
Attach 4 pastry legs on each side, curving them gently to resemble spider legs.
Spread 2–3 tablespoons of Nutella in the center of the body before sealing if desired.
In a small bowl, beat the egg and brush it over the spider for a golden finish.
Place candy eyes on the head portion (before or after baking).
Bake for 12–15 minutes or until golden and puffed.
Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy your spooky creation!
