2cupspeeled and chopped applesabout 2 medium apples
1 1/2cupsall-purpose flour
1cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupvegetable oil
2largeeggs
1teaspoonbaking soda

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease the baking pan.
In a large bowl, whisk together sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.
In another bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and stir until just combined.
Fold in the apples and nuts.

Notes
