16ozcream cheese2 blocks, softened
1½cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
¼cupmayonnaise
½teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoononion powder

2tablespoonsfresh chiveschopped

Instructions
Steam the Cauliflower:
Steam 2 cups of cauliflower florets until tender. Let cool, then finely chop.
Mix the Ingredients:
